As founders of HFP we formed a management company to affiliate our two individual firms with to accomplish a mission:
- To Increase the level of generational wealth transfer in minority communities
- Increase the number of financial professionals focused on serving and educating African American and Latino investors, and
- Increase the number financial services firms owned by African American and Latino financial professionals that survive and continue to serve their communities beyond the life of the founder.
